Superyacht marina and luxury lifestyle destination Porto Montenegro has announced the return of the ACREW Superyacht Winter Games, which will take place from 4th to 6th February 2022. The games, which will be returning for its third edition, will invite superyacht crew and industry professionals to take part in an exciting and competitive weekend of mental and physical challenges. With a maximum of four people per team, participation in the games is open to all superyacht crew members and industry professionals – from Porto Montenegro marina crew members to those from other marinas in the Adriatic and wider Mediterranean.
The games will take place in the heart of the Montenegrin skiing centre in the picturesque Bjelasica mountains, located in the idyllic town of Kolaŝin. Participants will partake in a wide range of mountain sports adventures, including traditional snow sports such as skiing and snowboarding, to more unconventional sports including ‘Big Foot’ racing on wooden skis to add a fun and competitive edge to the tournament.
Porto Montenegro ACREW Superyacht Winter Games returns for its third edition, inviting superyacht crew and industry professionals to take part in a fun and competitive weekend of mental and physical challenges from 4th to 6th February, 2022.
Join a mountain adventure in the hub of Montenegrin skiing, Bjelasica mountain in Kolasin, with a winter-sports tournament specially created for thesuperyacht industry. The programme includes classical snow sports like skiing and snowboarding, alongside unconventional “Big Foot” racing and other activities, to add a fun and competitive edge.
Participation is open to all superyacht crew members and industry professionals signing up as teams of four, and we welcome all – whether based in Porto Montenegro or other marinas throughout the Mediterranean.
In an atmosphere of healthy competition, team building and fun, you will enjoy warm Montenegrin hospitality and delicious food and wine at one of the most exciting events on the Porto Montenegro winter calendar.
This weekend adventure is a fantastic taster of Montenegro’s special ambience, in preparation for the Crew Awards celebratory weekend to be organised by ACREW and hosted by Porto Montenegro in October 2022.
For participants travelling from Barcelona, we have pre-reserved flights. The early-bird price of €350 per personincludes flight, participation fee, chalet-style accommodation, food, sports equipment, instructors, ski passes, airport transfers and a night out in Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. For those who want to enjoy a little extra pampering with a stay in the 4-star Bianca Hotel & Spa during the games, the total price is €470.
Early bird prices are available until December 19th. Spots are limited.
For participants based in Montenegro, or making their own flight arrangements from other cities, entry is priced at €150 per person, covering participation fee, chalet-style accommodation, food, sports equipment, instructors, ski passes and ground transfers to and from Kolasin. For those who want to enjoy a little extra pampering with a stay in the 4-star Bianca Hotel & Spa, a supplement will be charged.
